GUIDELINES & TICKETING

Please read the following instructions carefully to understand how the entry passes and payment verifications work for the Carnival.

Carnival Entry Passes

50 TK

SOLO MULTI-PASS

A single flat fee grants you access to participate in ANY or ALL 8 Solo Events (Olympiads, Extempore, etc.). You must select your desired segments during registration.

150 TK

TEAM EVENT PASS

This fee applies per team (not per person) for a single team-based segment like Truss Challenge or Debate. All teams must consist of exactly 3 members.

bKash Payment Verification Process

When you register, you must enter your bKash Transaction ID (TrxID). Your digital QR ticket will be generated immediately, but its status will remain UNVERIFIED. Our finance team manually checks all TrxIDs within 24 hours. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email activating your pass.

General Event Guidelines

Institution ID Card: All participants must carry their original institutional ID card. Entry will be strictly denied without proper identification.
Digital Entry Pass: You must present the QR Code (received via email) at the main gate. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
Reporting Time: Participants must report to their respective segment arenas at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Latecomers may be disqualified.
Team Composition: For team events, all 3 members must belong to the same institution. Cross-institutional teams are not permitted.
Prohibited Items: Any form of electronic device (unless explicitly allowed for a specific project exhibition) is strictly prohibited inside the examination halls for Olympiads.
Judge's Decision: The decision of the judges and the DIC Business Club organizing committee will be considered final and binding in all circumstances.
